Welcome to tay365. These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and tay365, a gaming platform operated under license and regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by tay365, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, as well as all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the tay365 platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with tay365, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with the platform's services, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by:

tay365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use tay365 services. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age. tay365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

tay365 services are intended exclusively for residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. tay365 disclaims all liability for violations of local gambling laws by users outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person

You may register only one (1) account with tay365. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. tay365 employs identity verification, device fingerprinting, and IP tracking to detect duplicate accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account termination and legal action.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify tay365 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. tay365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tay365 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), over-the-counter payment at 7-Eleven Cliqq kiosks, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and Coins.ph. All deposits are subject to verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit is ₱100 Philippine Pesos. Maximum deposits vary by payment method and account status. tay365 reserves the right to set, modify, or waive deposit limits at its sole discretion.

3.3 Processing Times

GCash, Maya, and cryptocurrency deposits are processed instantly and reflected in your account balance within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfers and over-the-counter payments may take up to two (2) business hours to process during banking hours.

3.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. tay365 reserves the right to reverse or refund deposits originating from accounts not registered to the account holder and to close accounts involved in third-party deposit violations.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

tay365 complies with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended, and Republic Act No. 10927 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2016). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to AML screening. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed same-day during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, excluding Philippine public holidays). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Average processing time is thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes during business hours.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal is ₱500 Philippine Pesos. Maximum single withdrawal is ₱500,000 PHP, with daily withdrawal limits of ₱1,000,000 PHP and monthly limits of ₱10,000,000 PHP. Higher limits may be available for VIP account holders.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

First-time withdrawal requests require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must provide a government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, Postal ID, or Voter's ID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months). KYC verification typically takes twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours.

4.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to all deposits, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed. Deposits made solely for the purpose of withdrawal without gameplay constitute a violation of AML regulations and will result in account closure.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. If the original payment method is unavailable for withdrawal, tay365 may require additional verification before processing withdrawal via an alternative method.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and free spins offered by tay365 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are provided at the time of offer and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of bonus issuance, or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tay365 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity that tay365 deems, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of promotional offers.

5.4 Promotional Modifications

tay365 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games offered by tay365 are powered by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are independently audited for fairness by third-party testing laboratories. tay365 does not manipulate game outcomes. However, tay365 reserves the right to void bets and winnings resulting from technical errors, software malfunctions, or game exploits.

6.2 Game-Specific Rules

Each game available on tay365 has specific rules, payout tables, and betting limits. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. Game rules are available within each game interface.

6.3 Bet Limits

tay365 reserves the right to set, modify, or enforce minimum and maximum bet limits on any game at any time. Bets exceeding posted maximum limits will be voided.

6.4 Disconnections

In the event of disconnection during gameplay, any active bets will remain valid and will be settled according to the game's outcome. You may view the result of disconnected sessions in your bet history upon reconnection.

6.5 Voided Bets

tay365 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: technical malfunction or software error, bets placed after an event has concluded (late bets), bets placed on games with incorrect odds or payout tables, bets placed using exploits or bugs, or any bet that tay365 deems, in its sole discretion, to have been placed in violation of these terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen credit cards, fake identity documents, or participation in payment fraud schemes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or irregular gameplay patterns.
• Money Laundering: Using tay365 to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to transfer funds in violation of AML laws.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your account.
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the tay365 platform or games.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after gambling funds.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action. tay365 reserves the right to report criminal activity to Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you, subject to completion of all wagering requirements and identity verification. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

tay365 offers self-exclusion options for players who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion periods range from seven (7) days to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account or place bets. Self-exclusion requests must be made through customer support and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8.3 Involuntary Closure

tay365 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete identity verification, request by regulatory authorities, or business reasons. In cases of account closure for cause, tay365 may forfeit any remaining balance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other materials on the tay365 platform are the intellectual property of tay365 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of tay365's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, tay365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, errors in game outcomes (unless caused by tay365's gross negligence), unauthorized access to your account, or any other damages beyond tay365's direct control.

tay365's total liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Support

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact tay365 customer support via live chat, email, or Viber. tay365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

11.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit. PAGCOR contact information is available on the official PAGCOR website.

11.3 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and tay365 and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

12.3 Waiver

tay365's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of tay365's right to enforce it in the future.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement. tay365 may assign this Agreement to any successor entity or third party without your consent.
